Le SIMDUT 2015 s’harmonise avec le GHS
WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) is Canada’s national hazard communication standard. The key components of WHMIS include Hazard classification, labeling, safety data sheets, worker education and training programs. The aim of this system is to give Canadian workers a uniform and appropriate quantity and quality of information about hazardous materials used in their various workplaces. WHMIS is also known as SIMDUT (Système d’Information sur les Matières Dangereuses Utilisées au Travail) in French.
