f you were a holder of a Registration under the EU REACH Regulation and you are based in the United Kingdom, grandfathering applies.

Thus, your EU REACH registrations will be legally recognised in the UK REACH system. This means that you will continue to have access to the UK market after the end of the transition period. In this case, EcoMundo accompanies you during the creation of your customer account on the 'Comply With UK REACH' platform - which collects your data from your EU REACH Registration - and carries out the grandfathering within 120 days after the transition period.‍

f you are a downstream user or distributor of substances already registered under EU REACH, you (or your Only Representative (OR)) must notify on the Comply with UK REACH platform within 300 days of the end of the transition period in order to benefit from the registration deadlines:

• 2 years from 28/10/2021: tonnage band over 1000 tonnes per year
• 4 years from 28/10/2021: tonnage band between 100 and 1000 tonnes per year
• 6 years from 28/10/2021: 1 to 100 tonnes per year
