The present privacy policy aims at exposing in a clear and transparent manner the way in which EcoMundo (*), being responsible for data processing, collects, saves, records and communicates personal data from the people visiting its website www.ecomundo.eu (thereafter designated as “the Users” or “the User”).

ARTICLE 2. DATA COLLECTED

1. Each data collection form available on the website www.ecomundo.eu limits data collection to the bare minimum.
2. In any case, EcoMundo does not collect, on its own initiative, more than the following data:

• Last and First names
• Phone number and email address
• Name and contact details of the company
• Function within the company

Additional data can still be collected by EcoMundo if the User chooses to fill the optional fields of the webform left at his disposal on the website.
3. Some data has to be necessarily communicated, otherwise, the User will not be able to access the services offered by EcoMundo on its website. This data is signalled with an asterisk. It is laid down that, if no answer is filled in in the optional fields of the webform, it does not prevent access to the services.

2. However, EcoMundo undertakes to contract with such service providers only if they provide sufficient guarantees regarding data security and confidentiality.
   EcoMundo also undertakes to verify that such service providers maintain their data security and confidentiality requirements throughout the contractual relationship. If they do not, EcoMundo will terminate the contractual relationship.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the User has the following rights over his or her data:
