Notification to poison control centers: after UFI, what are your obligations?

In addition to the UFI (Unique Formulation Identifier), manufacturers of mixtures classified as hazardous, according to the CLP Regulation, are required to make a declaration in the harmonized format. Without this declaration, even if the UFI is well affixed on the labels of their products, the latter will not be considered as compliant. Furthermore, not declaring a hazardous mixture represents a risk for consumers.
